We used this service because we needed a car seat. This was a fantastic service. Run by real humans who answered the phone. Both drivers at pick up and drop off to the airport were very prompt and professional and very nice cars. In the first case, it was a very nice suburban. In the second case it was a Tesla model X. Both very nice. Will use again.
Highly recommend city captain. My son and I had a trip to legoland planned, but forgot to bring his car seat! When we landed at San Diego airport I found city captain, and they arrived within 30 minutes with a booster seat for my son. Clean, lovely Tesla for the ride to legoland. Thank you Joseph! Will use again on our next trip.
We booked with City Captain transportation bc they offered child seats. Great service. Prompt and helpful. Even played music our toddler would like. I would use them again.
Yosief our Chauffeur from City Captain greeted us at San Diego Airport (in Tesla) which was icing on the cake for my grandson’s first plane ride (11th birthday) . Yosief was a lifesaver the rest of the day ensuring every step was perfect including impromptu shopping for ‘warmer clothes’ for the birthday boy for a sunset cruise same evening…. We started our adventure at 1:30 and ended around 9! So much more I could share…. A ten star is deserved but scores only go to 5. Have already booked City Captain again! Sharon W Houston
Honestly the best. We were in a pinch and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute and even provided two toddler car seats. Our driver Jonas was kind, patient and personable. We used them multiple times through out our trip to San Diego and felt prices were fair and just. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a car service in SD.. especially with kids.
